This tarball contains a slightly modified version of James Vary's m2v9.f code interfaced with my vlowk/vsrg codes. Together with the package gosc.tarz, one can generate the matrix element files that are then used as input to MFDn. Using a Perl script, It is set up to automate large runs on the Vlowk cluster.   

To get up and running perform the following steps

0) download the gosc.tarz package to your working directory

1) unpack the m2v9 and gosc tarballs
        tar xfvz m2v9.tarz
        tar xfvz gosc.tarz

2) build the 2 packages
        make -f make_m2v9
        make -f make_gosc

NOTE: Both makefiles might require small modifications specific to your system and/or compiler.

3) Set the parameters (hw, vnn model, momentum cutoff etc.) in the Perl script ncsm_run1_pbs.pl 

4)  Type "perl ncsm_run1_pbs.pl" to run the script. For each parameter set looped over, the script generates an input file  (*.inp) and corresponding PBS batch file (pbs_runinput*). You can then either submit the runs manually for each parameter set, e.q.,

      " qsub -q batch pbs_runinput_run_01" ,
      

or you can submit them all at once by typing

 " ./ncsmrun1.bat"
     
If this is confusing, I'd advise you to take a quick look at the files generated by the perl script, as it's pretty straightforward.
